This informative workshop will cover the following essentials for running a successful club:
- What are the key roles within your club and have you got the skills (audit).
- Understand the importance of people within the club and how to recognise and reward.
- Understand training and learning opportunities for club personnel.
- Understand key principles of volunteer management.
- Understand the importance of planning to meet future need

Oh noooo- it's happening-New Laws for Associations and Laws
...But do not despair, to avoid information overload, the Department of Commerce will be releasing a Transition Pack explaining what associations are required to do at each particular time. The first Transition Pack will be released in February to help associations understand the financial tier process and the annual reporting requirements.
